摘要： 数字化资源的发展给高校图书馆的各项业务工作带来了影响。文章根据数字化资源的特点，分析了数字化资源对采访馆员业务工作的影响，探讨了数字化资源环境下采访馆员的应对策略。

Abstract: The development of digital resources affects the business of library work.
