摘要： 随着人们健康意识的逐渐提高以及健康内容的范围不断扩大，人们对健康的要求已经不仅仅局限于身体健康，而更加关注身心的整体健康。在这种背景下，健康教育已经发展成为以病人为中心的新型护理模式，成为护理工作的重要组成部分。

Abstract: With the gradual improvement of people's health awareness, as well as expanding the scope of health content, people are not only limited to the health requirements have been healthy, but more concerned with the overall health of body and mind. In this context, health education has become a new patient-centered model of care and an important part of nursing work.
