摘要/Abstract

摘要： 科技基础设施是开展科技创新活动的重要基础。面向“十四五”和2035年中长期科技发展,推动江苏省科技基础设施高质量建设十分必要且具有重要意义。文章通过梳理江苏省科技基础设施布局建设的总体情况,剖析其在体系设计、投入保障、运行管理等方面存在的问题,进而提出重塑科技基础设施体系、打造江苏科技创新高峰、激发科技基础设施活力、提升科技基础设施建设水平的对策建议,进一步推进科技基础设施优化布局和高效运行,为江苏高质量发展走在前列提供有力支撑。

Abstract: Scientific and technological infrastructure is an important foundation for carrying out scientific and technological innovation activities. Facing the “14th five-year” plan and the medium and long-term scientific and technological development in 2035, it is necessary and of great significance to promote the high-quality construction of scientific and technological infrastructure in Jiangsu province. By combing the overall situation of the layout and construction of science and technology infrastructure in Jiangsu province, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the system design, investment guarantee, operation management, etc, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to reshape the scientific and technological infrastructure system, create a peak of science and technology innovation in Jiangsu, stimulate the vitality of scientific and technological infrastructure, and improve the construction level of scientific and technological infrastructure, so as to further promote the optimal layout and efficient operation of scientific and technological infrastructure, provide strong support for Jiangsu to take the lead in high-quality development.
