摘要：

文章根据基层航空科技单位情报工作发展面临的主要问题,包括针对性不足、情报信息应用平台利用率低、专业情报人员缺乏以及情报人员结构不合理等,进行了分析论述,并提出了解决措施与建议。

Abstract:

According to the main problems faced by the development of the information work in the basic aviation science and technology units, including the lack of pertinence, the low utilization rate of the information application platform, the lack of professional intelligence personnel and the unreasonable structure of the intelligence personnel, this paper makes an analysis and discussion on it, the measures and suggestions are put forward.
