摘要: 文章依据适航规章CCAR25的要求,利用商用有限元软件Hypermesh和Abaqus,对某型前缘缝翼蒙皮进行了应力分析。结合《飞机设计手册》的有关圆柱形曲板的稳定性分析方法,对缝翼蒙皮的压缩稳定性进行了强度校核,并对缝翼的蒙皮厚度进行了优化设计。

Abstract: According to the requirements of CCAR25,this paper make a stress analysis on the slat skin of a certain type of aircraft,utilizing commercial FE software Hypermesh and Abaqus. The strenth analysis is conducted on slat skin compression stability,using cylindrical shell plate’s stability computing method in“Aircraft Design Manual”, which is used for optimal design of the slat skin thickness.
