Stripping Device Lifter Head with a Push Tube Lifter Mechanism

摘要： 针对塑料产品内壁侧壁出现的侧壁螺丝柱位需横向抽芯的实际使用问题，文章设计了一种头部带推管结构的斜顶脱模装置，利用推管推出结构，实现侧壁设计有横向螺丝柱位的产品进行侧向抽芯脱模，设计结构简单，操作方便工作稳定，安全可靠。

Abstract: Plastic products for the inner wall of the side wall of the side wall of the screw column appears laterally pulling bits required actual use problems ,the paper designs stripping device lifter head with a push tube lifter mechanism, the use of push tube launch structure,to achieve the sidewall lateral screw design products for lateral column position pulling stripping,simple design structure, easy operation stable,safe and reliable.
