摘要： 文章指出，通过建立社区为居民服务的有效机制，成立居民相互服务的公益组织、居民当家作主的自治组织、居民自娱自乐的新兴组织，居民主动参与社区科技活动的积极性空前高涨，居民的信任感、亲切感、责任感、幸福感得到提升。

Abstract: The article proposes that, through the establishment of effective mechanism of community services for residents, the establishment of mutual service public welfare organization, autonomous organization which the residents are the masters of the communtiy be the emerging organization of entertaining,the enthusiasm of the residents to participate in community activities is unprecedented high,residents of trust, intimacy, sense of responsibility, sense of happiness got promotion.
