校外心理辅导站中师生沟通中的技巧

摘要: 秦淮区教育局在每个街道设置了“青少年校外心理辅导站”,由街道社教办自动承担这项新任务。当下,由于许多家长在注重孩子个性培养上理解有偏差,导致孩子之间相处的矛盾凸显,孩子与家长、孩子与老师、家长与老师甚至家长与家长的相处中也明显矛盾升级。为此,在社区这个特殊环境下,如何有效进行师生沟通尤显重要。文章结合教育心理学等有关理论与实践,对校外心理辅导站中师生沟通中的技巧进行了初步研究和探讨。

Abstract: Qinhuai District Education Council at every street has a“youth mental instruction centers outside school”by the streets ran automatically assume this new task.Today,many parents focus on their children an incomplete understanding on personality,led to prominent contradictions between children,children and parents,children and teachers,parents and teachers and even parents and parents apparently escalated for this reason. In this special community circumstances,how to effectively communicae between teachers and students is especially important. Combining theory and practice related to education and psychology skills of communication between teachers and students in mental instruction centers outside school are studied and discussed in the paper.
