摘要: 近年来,随着香港房地产企业在内地的快速发展,原有的沟通管理方法已经不能满足新情境下的项目需求,但国内外对跨地区、跨文化的房地产项目中沟通管理的研究还不是很充分,港资房企在内地开发项目的沟通管理研究明显不足,非常有必要在此方面做系统研究.文章从沟通管理理论出发,结合实际案例,对港资房企在内地开发项目的沟通管理展开深入研究.

Abstract: Recently,due to the rapid development of Hong Kong-funded real estate companies in mainland,the original methods of communication management could not satisfy the present demands. However,at home and abroad, the research about the trans–regional and cross-cultural communication management in not abundant in the real estate line. The research of the communication management for the Hong Kong-funded real estate companies is really poor,so it is necessary to carry on the systematic research in this aspect.Based on the communication management theories and the actual cases,this paper carries on a deep study of the communication management for the Hong Kong-funded real estate companies from five aspects.
