摘要: 伴随着激烈的市场竞争,顾客参与企业产品开发问题日益得到广大学者的关注。同时在我国经济转型这一特殊时期,顾客参与对于企业自主创新能力的提升是否有所帮助又是迫在眉睫的研究重点之一。文章在综述以往文献回顾的基础上,将顾客参与划分为信息分享、合作开发和顾客创新三个维度,企业自主创新能力划分为渐进性自主创新能力和突破性自主创新能力两个维度,并提出相应的五个假设和概念模型,试图为揭示顾客参与和企业自主创新能力之间的影响关系提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract: Along with the fierce market competition, the problem of customer participation in enterprises' product development has got more and more attention of many scholars. In this stage of economic transformation in our country, whether customer participation will be helpful to the promotion for independent innovation is also one of the focuses, which needs to be explanted imminently. On the basis of the review of previous literature, this paper divides customer participation into three dimensions that is information sharing, cooperation development and customer innovation; it also divides enterprises' capacity for independent innovation into incremental capacity for independent innovation and breakthrough capacity for independent innovation. According to these, this paper proposes five corresponding assumptions and a conceptual model and tries to reveal the influential relationship between customer participation and enterprises' capacity for independent innovation, which may become theoretical basis for further research.
