摘要：

文章分析了“放管服”新形势下,我国高校科研经费管理环境所发生的变化,并结合当前高校科研经费管理工作中存在的突出问题,查摆高校科研经费管理中面临的廉政风险点,进而针对新形势提出有针对性的高校科研经费管理廉政风险防控对策。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the changes in the management environment of scientific research funds which are combined with the outstanding problems in Chinese universities under the new situation of “Streamlining Administration, Delegating More Powers, Improving Regulation and Optimizing Services”. And then it investigates the risk points of clean university construction in management of scientific research funds and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for preventing and controlling the risks in the new situation.
