摘要： 在特定的人才培养目标和培养要求的指引下，构建完善的课程体系和教学内容，配备合适的师资队伍，创造良好的教学条件，是构建人才培养模式的重要内容。高素质应用型国际经济与贸易人才培养，在教学内容上需要满足理论与实践兼备；在师资队伍上需要注重行业经验与专业教学优势互补；在教学条件上需要落实校内校外双重实践平台；在能力培养上需要实现语言与专业双技能。文章研究了应用型本科国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式。

Abstract: Under the guidance of specific training objectives and the training requirements, constructing a perfect curriculum system and teaching content, allocating appropriate teaching staff and creating good teaching conditions, all of them are important contents in the construction of talent training mode. When it comes to the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented international economics and trade talents, the teaching contents should include both theory and practice, the teaching staff should have experience in both industry and teaching, the teaching conditions should include practical platform both in campus and outside school, and the capacity-cultivating should put emphasis on both language and profession skills. This paper analyzes on the construction of talent training mode of international economics and trade profession in application-oriented university.
