摘要: 文章针对结构复杂、体积细小的笔帽塑件,设计了一腔四模、锥形齿轮推动的自动完整脱螺纹塑料注塑模具,介绍了该模具的结构特点与运行原理,提高了笔帽塑件的质量和生产效率,为细小注塑件的自动脱螺纹模具设计提供了借鉴。

Abstract: An automatic mould was designed for plastic parts of small pen caps with small volumes and complicated structures. This mould contains one cavity and four mould space. Conical gear was used for automatic thread demoulding. The paper also introduces structure characteristics and operation principles of the mould. Quality of plastic parts and production efficiency was improved by this design. This research tries to provide some references for automatic thread demoulding design of thin plastic parts.
