摘要： 志愿者在社区教育活动中发挥了极其重要的作用,文章研究的雄州街道恰当地定位了志愿者的目标和角色,注重志愿者队伍建设的制度管理和过程管理,通过目标管理和动态管理提高活动的效率,应用激励机制提升志愿者的参与热情.

Abstract: Volunteers play an extremely important role in community education activities ,this article points out the related administration of Xiongzhou street properly allocates the role of volunteers and attach importance to the system management and process management in voluntary team construction. The article also hopes to improve the efficiency of activities through the goal management and dynamic management and to promote the enthusiasm of volunteers with the help of incentive mechanism.
