摘要: 随着金融改革的逐步深化,商业银行之间的竞争愈发激烈,职员面对的诱惑越来越多,压力也越来越大,在新的形势下,如何作好本职工作对商业银行的人力资源管理师来说是个严峻的挑战。文章重点分析了商业银行人力资源管理第七模块及关联业绩提升的有效途径。

Abstract: With gradually deepening of financial reform ,increasingly fierce competition among commercial Banks, the temptation of staff in the face of more and more,the pressure also more and more big,under the new situation, how to do the job for commercial bank’s human resources management division is a severe challenge. The article analyses the commercial bank human resources management the seventh module and effective way to promote the related performance.
