高等学校院系教学文件管理的优化途径探讨

摘要: 教学文件的管理是高等学校院系教务管理工作的一个重要方面。加强对教学文件的有效管理,将对减轻高等学校教师和院系教学管理人员的负担,提升高等学校教学管理水平,提高其教学水平和人才培养质量起到一定的促进作用。然而,当前教学文件管理的网络化、电子化趋势使高等学校院系教学文件管理的效率和安全性问题越来越突出。文章从高等学校教学文件管理的特点出发,分析了当前高等学校院系教学文件管理中存在的主要问题,对优化高等学校院系教学文件管理的方式和途径进行了探讨。

Abstract: Teaching-related document management is one of critical work in teaching management in higher education institution. Thus,it is essential to enhance effective management for various teaching-related documents. Consequently, this can ease the teacher and faculty from their unnecessary work ,improve the teaching-related management ,and promote the teaching quality in higher education institution. However ,with the development of internet and electronic file,efficiency and safety issues become increasingly prominent in teaching-related documents management in higher education institution. On the perspective of the features of the teaching related documents in the higher education institutions,this paper mainly focuses on:(1)the exploration of the main issues in current teaching-related documents management;(2)the discussion of the methods and ways to opitimize the teaching-related documents management.
