摘要： 在100多年的发展历程中,领导理论经历了传统和新兴领导理论的演进.文章在借鉴相关领导理论整合框架的基础上,对传统领导理论和新兴领导理论进行了定位,这有助于理论界深化认识领导理论的发展轨迹.

Abstract: During the past 100 years,leadership theory evolves from traditional paradigm to new paradigm. Based on the integration of leadership theory,the paper describes the position of traditional and new paradigms which can gain a deep understand of the locus of leadership theory development.
