一种B/S架构电能表集中检定系统实现方案

摘要: 根据《JJG 596—1999电子式电能表检定规程》规定,电能表需要经过一系列实验室检定过程才能投入生产使用。随着近年技术水平的进步,电能表检定控制软件已经由早期的单机检定系统发展为集中检定系统,更加适用于大规模电能表检定应用。基于B/S架构的电能表集中检定系统正是在这样的背景下应运而生,文章将B/S架构的优势引入电能表检定管理过程,进一步提升管理水平、减少工作量、降低设备成本。

Abstract: According to“Verification Regulation of Electrical Energy Meters with Electronics JJG 596-1999”, the meter should be verified before being put into production. With the recent advances in technology, energy meter verification control software has developed from stand-alone system to centralized system, which is more suitable for large-scale application of energy meter verification. Centralized energy meter verification system based on B/S is came into being in this context. This paper brings the advantages of B/S structure to the process of energy meter verification management to enhance the management level, decrease workload and lower equipment costs.
