江苏省沿海地区“十三五”科技创新发展路径研究

摘要： 江苏省沿海地区具有独特的区位优势，是长江经济带中的重要区域。“十三五”时期，江苏沿海地区抓住“一带一路”的重大历史机遇，充分发挥科技创新的引领和支撑作用，加快提升自主创新能力，实现江苏开放型经济新跨越。文章全面梳理了江苏省沿海区域科技创新发展现状，探讨了沿海区域科技创新存在的突出问题，提出了“十三五”时期江苏省沿海区域科技创新建设发展路径，为“十三五”时期江苏省沿海区域科技创新发展决策提供参考。

Abstract: It has unique geographical advantages in the coastal area of Jiangsu province. During “the 13th Five-Year Plan” this area occupies an important position in Yangtze River economic zone. A new leap is achieved in Jiangsu open economy through grasping the chance of “the Belt and Road” and accelerating the promotion of independent innovation. The status of science and technology innovation and development of coastal area in Jiangsu province is carded in this paper, and the prominent problems in coastal areas of science and technology innovation are discussed. The paper proposes the development path of science and technology innovation in coastal area of Jiangsu province during “the 13th Five-Year Plan”and puts forward the reference for it.
