摘要: 进行了复合材料厚板单钉双剪螺栓连接的挤压强度试验,并基于Hashin准则建立了三维有限元渐进损伤模型。通过编写和调用UMAT子程序,分析了基体开裂、挤裂和纤维断裂、挤压以及纤维基体剪切等破坏模式的生成和演变,同时探讨了螺栓弯曲变形对试件的连接刚度和挤压强度的影响。仿真与试验结果较为吻合,验证了模型的合理性和有效性。

Abstract: A bearing strength test of single-bolted double-lapped joints in thick composite laminates is conducted in this paper. We establish three-dimensional finite element models of progressive damage based on Hashin criteria. By compiling and calling UMAT subroutine, research on occurrence and expansion of matrix crushing, matrix cracking, fiber tensile failure, fiber compress failure and fiber-matrix shear failure is conducted. We also study the influences of bolt bending on connection stiffness and crush strength. And the tests verify the justifiability and effectiveness of the model.
