摘要： 为了让社会更文明，让社区更和谐，锁金村街道社区教育中心采取多种举措，大力开展关于阅读的宣传教育活动，激发居民的阅读热情，引导群众有效阅读，让阅读成为群众重要的生活方式，极大地提升了群众的人文素养，促进了社会文明建设。文章对此进行了探讨。

Abstract: In order to make the society more civilized and let the community become more harmonious, Suojin village street community education center takes a variety of initiatives, vigorously carries out the reading on the publicity and education activities, aiming at stimulating the enthusiasm of the residents on reading, and guiding the masses to read effectively, and greatly enhancing the masses of the humanistic literacy, and finally to promote the social civilization.
