摘要: 齿轮在传动过程中,轮齿表面接触而产生相对滑动,致使齿轮产生磨损。由于齿长方向界面不均匀和轴挠曲变形等因素,齿轮磨损量在齿廓上不一致,由于公法线千分尺或滚棒间尺寸主要是针对分度圆上齿厚测量,不能反馈出齿廓其他截面磨损情况。为此,文章针对此类情况,对测量方法进行探讨研究,采用打样膏方式测量多个截面,通过计算各截面弦齿厚情况,得出各截面磨损量,从而精确反应齿轮工作状态。

Abstract: The gears are caused wear and tear because of relative sliding tooth surface contact in the transmission process. Due to the factors of uneven teeth direction interface and axis flexure deformation, such as the abrasion quantity of gear is different on direction of the tooth profile. The common normal micrometer or roll bar dimension are mainly for dividing circle between tooth thickness measurement so it cannot get feedback from other abrasion of cross section profile. Based on the situation above, the measurement methods were studied in this paper. More than one section are measured by the proofing paste method, and then reckon chordal tooth thickness of the each section, it is concluded that the cross section of the wear volume can accurately reflect the gear working state.
