摘要： 文章以PET/CT为例，阐述某医院大型医疗设备如何进行成本效益分析并提出几点建议。随着市场经济的深入和发展，医院分析大型医疗设备的成本效益是相当有必要的，对医疗设备成本效益的分析可以起到指导投资，改善经营管理，提高综合效益的目的。

Abstract: This article takes PET/CT for an example to illustrate how to make large medical equipment cost benefit analysis and put forward some suggestions. With the deepening of the market economy and development of the hospital to make statistics and analysis of large medical quipment’s cost effectiveness is necessary, which can guide the investment of large medical equipment by cost benefit analysis and improve management and the comprehensive benefits.
