Abstract: Public housing resources in higher institutions provide the main material basis for the coordinated and sustainable development of universities and the further development of higher education. In this paper, we analyze the future direction of the reform of public housing management according to the current situation and existing problems of public housing in colleges and universities. Based on the preliminary discussion, we put forward relevant recommendations for public housing management and its reform from aspects of the system, concept, processes and other aspects of public housing management.
