摘要: 李家峡水电站是黄河上游解决防洪、发电、灌溉的重要水利枢纽之一。但是在运行时一直受到转轮裂纹问题困扰。文章主要介绍了李家峡水电站转轮裂纹的情况数据,对裂纹原因进行了分析,最后提出了解决裂纹问题的几点措施。

关键词: 转轮裂纹, 残余应力, 稳定性

Abstract: Lijiaxia Hydropower Station is one of the important hydro-junctions to solve flood control, power generation, irrigation issues in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. But it has been plagued by runner blades cracking problem at run time. This paper mainly introduces the Lijiaxia Hydropower Station of runner crack data and analyzes reasons of runner blades cracking, and finally puts forward some measures for solving the problem.
