摘要： 高校实验室一直以来都是创新人才培养的重要基地，也是科技创新的根本来源。文章紧密结合社会对创新人才培养的需求以及实验室在创新人才培养中的作用，深入分析当前实验室建设与管理现状，从实验室建设规划与管理、资源开放共享及实验技术队伍建设等多方面入手探讨利于创新人才培养的途径与方法。

Abstract: Laboratories in colleges and universities have been the major base of innovative talents cultivation for a long time, and they are also the fundamental sources of science and technology innovation. Based on the requirement of innovative talents cultivation and the important role that laboratories play in innovative talents cultivation, we analyze the status quo of laboratory construction and management, and then discuss the approaches and methods which are helpful to innovative talents cultivation from the aspects of laboratory construction planning and management, opening and sharing of resources and construction of experiment technician team.
