摘要: 文章指出,在新沂河叮当河枢纽内新建水质自动监测站,及时掌握新沂河实时水质状况,更好地实现区域水资源合理分配和调度管理工作,大大提高水环境监测管理的时效性、可靠性,及时预警,掌握污染水体的影响范围及发展趋势,减少或避免对下游居民生活和工农业生产造成巨大损失,为管理部门提供决策依据,从而研究新沂河水质自动监测站站址选择方案,得出合理的即满足水质自动监测站自身功能的要求,又不影响新沂河行洪安全和规划实施的自动监测站站址的合理方案。

Abstract: Because of building water quality automatic monitoring station at Xinyi-Dingdang River hub ,timely mastering the water quality condition of Xinyi Rive, achieving reasonable distribution and dispatch manage work better of area water resource,raising water environment monitor effectiveness,reliability,timely early warning, mastering influence range of polluted water bodies ,reducing and avoiding treat residents living along life and industrial and agricultural production cause huge loss ,providing evidence for manage department. So this paper researched Xinyi River water quality automatic monitoring station site plan ,obtained reasonable water quality automatic monitoring station self-function require ,without affecting Xinyi River flood passing safely and planning actualization.
