辛伐他汀在治疗缺血性脑血管病中的疗效及复发率临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Efficacy and Recurrence Rate in the Treatment of Ischemia Cerebrovascular Disease Using Simvastatin

摘要： 文章选取60例患者依持续及间断服药情况分为甲乙2组，各30例，甲组患者坚持睡前服用辛伐他汀20mg，乙组患者为间断服用辛伐他汀20mg，每天1次。观察期2年半，比较2组血脂变化、神经功能恢复情况及复发率。探讨长期常规剂量辛伐他汀在缺血性脑血管病患者实施治疗的临床效果及复发率的研究并得出结论：坚持长期服用常规剂量辛伐他汀对缺血性脑血管病二级预防治疗，疗效显著，复发率低，且无明显不良反应。

Abstract: This paper took 60 patients were divided into two groups (30 patients each)based on the frequency of medication. Group 1 took 20mg of Simvastatin before sleeping on a daily basis while group 2 took it only occasionally. Over two and a half years,the change of blood lipid,rehabilitation of nervous system,and recurrence rate were monitored and compared. Explore the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate was investigate in the long-term treatment of Ischemia Cerebrovascular Disease with normal dosages of Simvastatin. Come to conclusion:Using normal dosages of Simvastatin for the long-term secondary preventive treatment of Ischemia Cerebrovascular Disease shows a high clinical efficacy,a low recurrence rate,and no obvious side effects.
