摘要： 文章提出街道老年学校立足常规管理,下工夫抓组织领导、抓工作落实、抓示范带动,建立养老服务社会化保障体系,为老年教育事业健康有序发展提供保障.同时不断提升老年学员们的素质,发挥老学员们的特长,共同推进街道老年学校可持续发展.

Abstract: The article raises a discussion on the routine management in the school for the aged in Chun Hua Street. The school for the aged focuses on activities organizing and mission implementing ,ensuring the construction of pension service in social security system and guaranteeing a healthy and orderly developing elderly education. Through improving the aged students' quality and presenting their specialties,the school can gain its sustainable development.
