栖霞街道"一村一名大学生"培养计划探索

摘要： 乡镇(街道)社区教育中心要开展大专以上层次的成人学历教育,面临着政策要求高、教学难度大、区域招生难等问题.但是只要立足本地实际,抓住有利时机,仍然是可以有所作为的.2005年秋季开始,学校在省电大的指导下,积极参与"一村一名大学生"计划的推广工作.努力做到加强教学过程管理;提南京市栖霞街道高教育质量;增强法规意识;强化考试工作的管理,使推广工作取得了良好的成效,为本地区培养了一批"留得住,用得上"的人才.文章研究了栖霞街道"一村一名大学生"培养计划.

Abstract: The community education center usually faces problems in adult education such as severe policy requirements,difficult teaching and learning and regional students recruitment. However,we can still make a difference by seizing the favorable opportunities and leveraging local resources. From the autumn of 2005 on ,our school proactively participated in the promotion and introduction of "One College Student Every Village"plan. We made great efforts to improve the education quality through optimizing teaching process management and strengthening sense of laws and reinforcing examination management. With these actions we made excellent achievements,and cultivated a number of stable and available talents.
