Abstract: The paper holds that enhancing the teaching effectiveness of "Two Courses" in university is the urgent task of moral education for the majority of teachers,leveraging on the opportunity of "Internet+"era,teachers of "Two Courses" should actively use modern information technology to create a multi-channel effectiveness of teaching and build a network "Two Courses"education platform,and then implement the "Two Courses"teaching effectiveness.
