摘要： 文章通过对陕西省某地高标准基本农田建设的调查,提出了高标准基本农田建设中存在的问题,以及有关这些问题的意见和建议,并针对高标准基本农田建设项目工程建设的后期维护、管理等具体实施措施.

Abstract: Through the survey of high standard basic farmland construction somewhere in Shaanxi province ,the paper points out some problems in the process of construction of high standard basic farmland ,specificly puts forward some relevant ideas and suggestions to strengthen the construction of high standard basic farmland ,and puts forward specific measures of farmland project in later maintenance and management.
