摘要： 文章指出了公共图书馆期刊阅览室在管理上普遍存在的几个问题,并提出了从读者需求出发,优化馆藏结构;科学合理设置阅览室,提升阅读环境;提高工作人员综合素质;做好读者管理工作这4点建议.

Abstract: The article points out some widespread problems in the public library periodical reading room management, and starting from the reader demand,puts forward four suggestions,such as optimize the structure of library collection,scientific and reasonable set the reading room,improving reading environment,improve the staff's overall quality,the management of the reader.
