摘要： 电子类校企联合实验室在本科学生创新实践能力培养过程中，提供了优质、先进的软硬件平台。但在校内资源分布较为分散，资源管理和优化有很大的空间。文章探讨了电子类校企联合实验室在使用和开放过程中资源整合管理与统筹优化的方案。

Abstract: During the process of cultivating undergraduate students innovation and practice ability ,the electronic school enterprise joint laboratory provides the advanced software and hardware platform. But the distribution of resources in the school is relatively scattered,and the resources management and optimization have a lot of space. The paper discussed the concrete scheme of the integrated management of resources and the overall optimization of the integrated management of resources in the process of the use and opening of the electronic school enterprise.
