摘要： 随着社会经济的快速发展,城管行政执法过程中的弊端日益显现.文章提出加强城管行政执法研究,探讨执法问题的对策,完善执法法律体系,建立高素质、专业化的执法队伍,对改善我国城管行政执法现状有着重要意义.

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy in China ,the problems in the process of urban management administrative law enforcement are becoming increasingly apparent.The article puts forward that strengthen urban management and law enforcement research,explore the countermeasures of law enforcement,improve the legal system of law enforcement,the establishment of high-quality,professional law enforcement team,improve the status quo of China's urban management administrative law enforcement is important.
