摘要： 文章通过探索将技术交易的服务终端前移,为企业量身打造技术服务,定制专属的发展规划,帮助企业真正成长为创新主体;同时带动高校和科研院所的科技成果转化和校企合作,争取能在技术交易过程中寻求点的突破带动面的改革和创新.

Abstract: This paper explores the forward technology trading service terminal ,in order to build technical service for the enterprise,custom exclusive development planning,help enterprises to real growth as the main body of innovation.At the same time,promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and enterprises cooperation of universities and research institutes ,in the process of technological transactions to seek the breakthrough point of the reform and innovation.
