摘要： 文章针对新疆医科大学六所附属医院的继续医学教育需求现状进行调研，认为尚需加强继续医学教育管理，构建较客观的指标体系来评价继续医学教育工作，探索和改进继续医学教育的形式和内容，使新疆医科大学继续医学教育工作更加规范化、科学化。

Abstract: In order to find out the problems in six affiliated hospitals of Xinjiang Medical University ,we have studied the current situation of requirement in continuing medical education.Thus we regard that we must enhance the administration,construct the objective evaluating target system and make use of which to evaluate continuing medical education,what’s more,exploring and improving the form and content of continuing medical education can make itself more normal and scientific.
