摘要： 文章明确了港口与城市协调发展的意义，通过分析辽宁港口与城市发展的现实情况，提出了辽宁推进港口与城市协调发展的可行对策。

Abstract: This paper makes clear the significance of coordinated development between the port and the city, analyzes the real situation of Liaoning port and urban development ,and proposes the countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of the port and city.
