摘要： 结构方程模型是目前较为热门的管理方面的统计分析方法与工具.文章就结构方程模型的概念与思想及本质进行了详细的阐述,对结构方程模型发展历程进行了详细的回顾,细致分析了结构方程模型的特性,清楚剖析了结构方程模型的优点、缺点及局限性,并对结构方程模型的应用进行了全面性的概述,最后对结构方程模型的发展进行了展望.

关键词: 数理统计方法, 结构方程模型, 显在因子, 潜在因子

Abstract: Structural equation model is the more popular statistical analysis method and tool of the management at present.In this paper,the concept and ideal and nature of structural equation model had been described in detail, and the development process of structural equation model had been conducted with the way of a detailed review and a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the structural equation model and a clear analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and limitations of structural equation model.And the author of this paper had done a comprehensive overview of the application of structural equation model at present,and in the end of this paper,the author had pointed the development of the structural equation model in the future.
