摘要: 西南联大作为一个抗战时期临时组建的一所大学,在经费极度困难、办学环境十分恶劣的情况下,却能汇集一大批名家学者并培养出许多杰出的优秀人才,这其中原因很多,良好的内部管理体制便是其中不可忽视的一个原因.西南联大的内部管理体制到底有何特点,在现在中国大学行政化现象严重,人们对高等教育现状不满的情况下,对我国大学的改革有何借鉴意义,这将是文章探讨的重点所在.

Abstract: Although the funds were extremely difficult,the environmental conditions were poor,the Southwest Associated University was able to bring together a large number of famous scholars and cultivate excellent talents during the war,there are many reasons. Good internal management systems are important reasons. Southwest Associated University interior management system has the characteristic ,in the university administration in China now,there is much under people's discontent with the higher education,the university reform now has significance, this will be the focus of this article.
