可持续发展视角下东海硅资源产业转型研究

摘要： 产业转型的目的是为了实现产业的整合、提升与可持续发展.文章在对东海硅资源产业发展现状调研的基础上,分析产业发展过程中存在的问题,提出资源型区域支柱产业应对国家宏观经济形势变化,通过发展方式转变,打造产业集群核心竞争力的适宜路径,并为地方政府引导产业结构优化布局,推动产业转型升级,提出相应的对策建议.

Abstract: The purpose of industrial transformation is to make the integration, improvement and the sustainable development come true. Based on the survey of Donghai silicon resources industry ,this paper analyzes problems existing in the development of this industry and proposes establishing resource-based regional pillar industry to against the change of national microeconomic situation. This paper also proposes building appropriate way to improve the core competitiveness of industrial cluster through the transformation of development mode. At last ,this paper gives some suggestions for the local government on how to guide the optimization of industrial structure layout and how to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
