摘要： 文章讨论了科教融合在高校发展过程中相互促进、相互平衡的作用,并提出了从创建创新性校园文化、制定有效评价和激励机制以及提高教师职业道德素养等方面来促进高校科教融合的思路和方法.

Abstract: This paper discusses the mutual promotion and balancing role of integration between science and teaching in college development,proposes some ideas and metheds for promoting this integration from creating innovative campus culture,setting up effective evaluation and incentive mechanism and improving teachers'professional ethics .
