摘要: 随着国家对环保事业的日益重视,潜污泵作为不可缺少的排污设备应用越来越广泛。机械密封是潜污泵最主要的密封方式,在实际应用中由于结构和输送介质的特殊性经常存在密封失效等问题。文章以TRIZ理论为创新设计的理论依据,针对提高潜污泵的密封性能提出了改进方案,降低了由于颗粒介质进入引起的磨损,提高了可靠性和可维护性。

Abstract: As the country attaches great importance to environmental protection ,the submersible sewage pump has been used more and more wildly as a indispensable equipment.Mechanical seal is the main seal method on the pump,but it always occurs failure due to its structure and special transferring medium.In order to improve its sealing performance,the paper proposes several modified options by TRIZ which could reduce the wear by particles and enhance its reliability and maintainability.
