开展“扶老上网”科教活动的实践与思考

摘要： 在人口老龄化不断加剧、信息数字化不断提高的今天，学历偏低、年龄偏大的老年人成为网络学习中的弱势群体。2012年底“，江苏学习在线”启动了“夕阳红·扶老上网”工程。禄口街道社区教育中心在“扶老上网”活动中，积极创造条件，充分利用现有资源，聘请电脑专职教师为老年人免费培训，并且在加强志愿者服务、为银发网民保驾护航与引导老年人依托网络资源进行自主学习等方面进行了有益的探索和实践。

Abstract: In the growing aging population and the increasing digitization of information today, low education and older seniors become the vulnerable groups in online learning.By the end of 2012,"Jiangsu Learning Online" started the"Red sunset ·Supporting the elderly Online"project. Lukou Street Community Education Center actively creates condi?tions and makes full use of existing resources in supporting the elderly online activities.They hired full-time teachers for older computers free training and made a useful exploration and practice in strengthening volunteer service,escort?ing and guiding for older web users and guiding the elderly people rely on cyber source to carry out independent study.
