摘要： 产业技术研究院作为科技创新的一支生力军，发挥着对产业转型升级的重要支撑作用，有利于促进科技成果向现实生产力转化。文章从宿迁市的产业技术研究院建设取得的成效、存在问题等方面进行分析，从而提出了提升宿迁市产业技术研究院发展水平的对策建议。

Abstract: As a new force of innovation of science and technology, the industrial technology research institute plays an important role in transformation and upgrading of industries, which is conducive to promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces. The article analyzed the effect of the construction and the existing problems, and put forward some measures and suggestions for development of Suqian industrial technology research institute.
