FSC赛车的空气动力学套件的外流场分析

摘要:

随着赛车车速的不断提高,气动力对赛车操纵稳定性的不利影响也越来越大,一辆气动性优良的赛车必须能产生适当的负升力以及尽可能低的阻力,文章在Catia和ICEM CFD中分别建立某赛车空气动力学套件的三维模型及有限元模型。在有限元分析软件Ansys Fluent中,基于N-S方程和k-ε湍流模型对该空套的外流场进行了仿真,确立其空气动力学特性,为赛车的造型设计和优化提供理论依据。

Abstract:

With the increasing speed of the car, the negative effect of aerodynamics on the handling stability of the car is becoming greater and greater. A well-inflatable car must be able to produce an appropriate negative lift and the lowest possible resistance. In this paper, the three-dimensional model and the finite element model of a racing aerodynamics kit are established in Catia and ICEM CFD respectively. In the finite element analysis software Ansys Fluent, the outer flow field of the empty jacket is simulated on the basis of Nus equation and k-ε turbulence model, and its aerodynamic characteristics are established, which provides a theoretical basis for the modeling design and optimization of the racing car.
