摘要： 文章指出，企业内部控制的建立，是为了提高企业经营管理水平和风险防范能力，促进企业可持续发展，维护社会主义市场经济秩序和社会公众利益，为实现企业目标提供合理保障。

Abstract: The paper points out that the purpose of the construction of the internal control system of enterprises is to improve the enterprise management level and risk prevention capacity, promote the sustainable development of enterprises, maintain the order of socialist market economy and the social public benefit, provide reasonable assurance for the realization of the goal of enterprise.
