无功补偿和谐波处理的研究

摘要: 锻造用中频感应加热在运行过程中暴露出问题是供电变压器过热(温升偏高),功率因数低,投入的补偿电容器温升偏高、鼓肚、爆炸屡见不断鲜,中频电源与中频电源之间相互干扰,工作不正常,导致锻件质量的不稳定。为此对中频炉的供电--中频电源监测,测量结果表明中频电源是一个污染电网的谐波源,含有大量的高次谐波。在变压器的低压侧,中频电源的进线侧采用无源滤波装置,提高功率因数,同时补偿谐波电流,进行谐波治理,效果令人满意。文章对上述工作进行了总结和技术分析。

Abstract: In the process of intermediate-frequency inductiion heating emerge the following problems: the electric power transformer is overheated ( the temperature is too high); power factor is low; the compensation condenser has higher temperature, the phenomenon of bulging and explosion; interference between intermediate-frequency electric source occurs and it works abnormally. All these problems cause to the instability of product quality. So it results from the testing of intermediate-frequency electric source that electric source is harmonic wavesource, which has large amount of high-power harmonic wave and pollutes power grid. At the low-voltage side of the transformer, wave filter without electric source is set at the coil-in side, so that it increases power factor, compensates harmonic wave electric current and processes harmonic wave. The effect is satisfying. This article isthe summary of the above work and the technical analysises.
