摘要：

PDCA闭环管理,又称戴明环,是美国质量管理专家戴明博士首先提出的,由于该理念的系统性和科学性,在医院物价管理部门推行全面质量管理工作中得到广泛的应用。随着国家公立医院医疗价格改革的不断深入,物价问题越来越受到重视。文章引入PDCA闭环管理理念,通过探讨目前医院存在的物价问题,通过加强物价管理网络平台一体化的建设,增加信息智能模块,普及物价政策和加大检查力度等措施,检查PDCA 闭环理论在医院物价管理中的效果,发现其对加强医疗收费行为的监督,提升医院物价管理的质量起到良好的效果。

Abstract:

PDCA closed-loop management, also known as Deming ring, is put forward by the United States quality management expert Dr. Deming first, because of the systematic and scientific concept, in the hospital price management department to promote total quality management work has been widely used. With the deepening of medical price reform in public hospitals, more and more attention has been paid to the price issue. This article introducing PDCA closed-loop management idea, by discussing price problems existing in current hospital, strengthen the construction of price management network platform integration, intelligent module, adding information popularization price policy and intensify inspection measures, such as check the PDCA closed-loop theory in the management of hospital price effect, found it to strengthen the supervision of medical fees, improve the quality of hospital price management to have the good effect.
