摘要： 文章主要研究航空发动机部分叶轮类零件复杂型面的数控测量，重点以离心叶轮为例介绍了叶轮型面的三坐标测量、测量数据处理、NX模型对比分析过程及原理，并对测量误差进行了分析，最后介绍了该技术的应用拓展。
关键词: 复杂型面, NX模型, 数据处理, 测量误差
Abstract: This paper researches on the complex surface of impeller parts about aircraft engines by NC measurement. The paper taking radial impeller as its researching focus, introduces NC measurement of impeller's surface, measurement date processing and the working principle and process of NX model comparing. Meanwhile, The measurement error is also analyzed. At last the paper introduces the extended application of NX model comparing technique.
